Last September I woke up with Shingles covering the left side of my face. They came as a result of immense stress. I had an experience of being locked inside of a Taco Time bathroom in Ketchikan Alaska. According to doctors, the whole ordeal triggered a viral response that ended up erupting in lesions. Nothing's worse that being sick away from home.
